For Women: 3.1 Phillip Lim Jacquard Mini Skirt

What can I say? I’d be crazy not to adore this Phillip Lim skirt – it’s floral AND metallic! Two things I can’t get enough off this summer. Pair this with a white blouse (tucked in, of course) and some sandals, and you have yourself a beautiful, slightly edgy summer ensemble. Perfect if you demand effortless style when popping out for a spot of lunch with the girls!

Zuhair Murad Autumn/Winter 2014 Couture

Zuhair Murad’s Autumn/Winter 2014 couture collection is a great mix of colour and monochrome, and perfect if you love beautiful evening gowns that are, without doubt, red carpet-worthy. Figure-hugging and a great mix of off and on-the-shoulder, this is exactly what I expect a couture collection to look like. Plus, it’s really wearable, which I just love!

Viktor & Rolf Autumn/Winter 2014 Couture

Red, Viktor & Rolf, couture and plenty of luxurious velvet… For Autumn/Winter 2014, it can’t go wrong!

Slightly eccentric cuts are shown next to effortless, classic evening dresses, and everything’s really beautiful. There’s plenty of movement and quirky femininity through the use of eccentric, giant bows and I just love it!

What do we love more than something girly and edgy and a bit unconventional? I know the answer…

For Women: Topshop Flower Power Crop Jacket

Most of the time, Topshop prints are just ugly as they try to be “cool” by reusing prints from 50 years ago ALL the time. However, sometimes, just sometimes, they get it right. This polka dot/floral print is just perfect. Plus, I really like cropped jackets in the summer – they give a sort of cool elegance that’s perfect if you’re working in the city. Throw this on with a plain summer dress or, for work, replace your boring blazer with this jacket. It’ll certainly make your outfit pop!

Ulyana Sergeenko Autumn/Winter 2014 Couture

Ulyana Sergeenko has done a wonderful job of Autumn/Winter 2014 couture. This collection is edgy and has just the right amount of sex appeal and the style that comes with being a cosmopolitan woman. Plus, the fun Ulyana’s had with colour in this collection is just fantastic. There’s plenty of leather and silk and sheer, but then there’s also beautiful long coats and dresses that cover you, contrasting against the rest of the collection.

For Women: Rosa Bryndis “Mosaic” Dress

Rosa Bryndis is a Copenhagen, Denmark-based brand founded in 2010 by designer Rosa Winther Denison and architect Bryndis Thorsteinsdottir.

This 100% silk dress is one of my favourite pieces, mainly because of the contrasting patch detail. The dress falls beautifully and stops just above the knee, giving it complete versatility. So whether you’re after something for a party, work, or even just day-to-day wear, this is a beautiful option!

Blogger Style: “Asleep.” by Olivia Emily

For this week’s ‘Blogger Style’ I’m highlighting this beautiful, subtle and elegant ensemble (with a hint of casual, mind) from British blogger, Olivia Emily. Comfy but, in one word, incredible, this outfit is one of my favourites from Olivia.

That being said, she ALWAYS manages to pull off black impeccably. Not like everyone else pulls off black… I mean, she REALLY knows how to wear black. She looks superb in everything!

I particularly love the Cheap Monday sweater in this ensemble. It’s fantastic! I’m sure you’ll agree…

Y-3 Spring/Summer 2015

For Spring/Summer 2015, Y-3 present a somewhat predictable collection. Black ensembles sit alongside strong, white shirts and dresses, as well as pretty floral prints. Hints of metallic are something I’m happy to see for Spring/Summer 2015, as I love a bit of metallic. However, other than that, nothing’s that new.

Despite that, I really like the versatility of this collection – enabling you to purchase key pieces and style them in a variety of ways – so it still gets a thumbs up from me!
